In order to take IAQG-sanctioned training courses, modules, and exams, you must first create an account.
Once here, enter your desired training language, country in which you currently reside, First (Given) name, Last (family) name, and, if applicable, the name of the company you work for. You must also enter a valid email address in order to continue with the registration process. This email address will be used as your username for the site.
After you have provided this information click "Create New Account." This will generate an email containing an account verification link that will be sent to the email address provided. At this stage you must log into your email account and open this email. You may either copy the validation code provided in the mail and enter it into the field provided, or click the validation link in the email to take you to the next step in the process.
When you have completed these steps, you can finalize your account creation by creating a password and entering your address. For the password, please enter a secret word or phrase that contains at least 8 characters and a combination of upper case letters, lower case letters, and at least 1 number. For the billing address, please enter the address you would like to use as your primary billing and/or shipping address. You will be able to change this address or add more addresses later. We also request that you provide a valid telephone number in case we need to urgently contact you about your account.
Once you have completed these steps, you will be able to access the dashboard and purchase and enroll in IAQG-sanctioned training courses. If you encounter any problems creating an account you may contact us by submitting a support ticket or by calling 1-888-788-4342 (or +1 (226) 777-0160).
