Q. What sort of devices can I use to access the training and assessments?

A. The site requires a desktop or laptop computer using a modern Web Browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Apple Safari). Computers using Windows, Mac OS, or Linux can work so long as they meet the previous requirements.  Training and assessments can also be accessed on mobile devices and tablets, but we recommend using a desktop/laptop for graded exams.

Q. What should I do if I am unable to access my account?

  • If you do have access to the original email address but do not remember your password, please use the Password Reset Feature
  • If you do not have access to the original email address but do remember your password, please login to the site and access the Account section, or use the Email Change Feature.
  • If you do not have access to your email and do not remember your password, please submit a request to our Customer Support Team. With your request, please submit your previous email address and a copy of either your paid iaqgtraining.com invoice, or your valid AATT certificate.

Q. What sort of Internet connection speed do I need to access the training and assessments?

A. We recommend a connection of at least 10 megabits-per-second download speed, and at least 2 megabits-per-second upload speed, with faster speeds preferred. In addition, to help reduce potential interference with your connection, we recommend using a wired connection, or ensuring a good and stable Wi-Fi signal. Open Wi-Fi connections in hotels and other public venues are not recommended.

Q. When opening the training or assessment, I see a warning that says “Your current zoom value of your browser or operating system is not set to 100%, this may cause problems with some content.” Should I be worried?

A. There are cases where this can cause problems with images and forms in the training and assessment content. If you experience problems related to images and forms after receiving this message, we highly recommend setting your browser’s zoom setting to 100%.
